1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

  • Perishable, opened, or health/supplement products that have been tampered with cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened food, capsules, or powder supplements

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Gift cards or downloadable products


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item was damaged or defective)

Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for photo or video proof to speed up the process.
Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@luminahorizon.com with your order details.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
